Could my voice be altered by dental operations from a periodontist?

Not likely: In the healing phase with a dressing in place , you might have a slightly different speech sound, but after removal of the dressing, you should be back to normal. Sometimes while healing you might avoid the area of surgery with your tongue and this may also alter your speech slightly. Temporarily only. Good Luck.

Definitely, no: Treatments for gum disease vary from medication to surgery and does not affect voice.
