A member asked:

Would i need a medical waiver for getting out of work after a shoulder dislocation?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Job description: Depending upon one's work requirement (ie overhead activity) one may need to be off work for up to two months. An orthopaedic history and exam would answer that question.
