A member asked:

Why does my vision spin when i bend down?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Inner Ear/Vascular: Spinning vision is oscillopsia, suggesting positional nystagmus. Although clinically rare, neuroophthalmic consultation is recommended to exclude Arnold-Chiari malformation or arteriovenous malformation. Alternatively, possible positional vertigo from an inner ear problem: otolaryngology can be consulted. Possible idiopathic intracranial hypertension or vertebrobasilar insufficiency.
