Near syncope: The most common cause of your symptoms could be a condition called vasovagal syndrome, which is common among healthy individuals who are dehydrated, but you need to see a doctor to ensure that you are not dealing with a more serious condition. Your doctor will listen to the scenario, assess your family history and may order EKG and maybe an Echo if he feels necessary.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and maybe some tests, and you should see your doctor. If you were dehydrated, that may explain all the findings. Drink enough water so that your urine is clear, colorless and odorless and see if that helps.

Maybe dehydration?: You describe symptoms of low blood pressure, which can happen when you're not getting enough fluids. This makes you feel dizzy, especially when you stand. It also causes blurry vision just before you pass out. I'm glad you didn't pass out! Blood loss, a serious infection or medication can also cause low blood pressure. Drink lots of fluids and see if you feel better.
