Is it normal that my hr speeds up by 30-40bpm for a few minutes when i stand up? my vision sometimes goes black and i have to lay down to stop faintin

No: I'd recommend that you see your physician for an exam. You could be anemic or have low blood pressure to name a couple of things. Your vision fades when inadequate blood pressure reaches your brain causing you to feel faint.

Not normal: Please see your doctor today! perhaps someone should drive you there or take a taxi. If your doctor is not able to see you, go to an er. Feel better.
