Not really: Passing a urinary stone has nothing to do with the abdominal wall. If you are wondering if the pain could cause increased abdominal pressure, which could then lead to a hernia, that too is very unlikely. If you're concerned you have a hernia, see your primary care provider for a more complete evaluation. Hope this helps!
