I have ra. i take norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) 10-325 every 8 hours. i think i accidentally took 2 at once! that has never happened! will i be ok? i'm having a panic attack!

Monitor symptoms: A single double dose of hydrocodone/acetaminophen should not be too much of a problem. The main issue is with sedation, constipation (from hydrocodone), liver toxicity (from acetaminophen). Especially if you are also taking other medications. The maximum dose of acetaminophen/ day is 4 gram total from all sources (remember multi-symptom pain relievers may also have acetaminophen).
