Pain fever humira (adalimumab): Seek help right away - first call your prescribing doc. Get evaluated for fever. Discuss pain too. Narcotic prescribing is tightly regulated and losing Norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) is troublesome. You should not go to a different doctor.

Urgent care/Er : While it may be only opiate withdrawal your overall condition warrants a full work up to rule out an infection.
