Lifestyle: Getting enough sleep, eating a healthy diet, minimizing stressors are the best ways to minimize the effects of flu and cold. To avoid getting them, wash your hands frequently especially after contact with patients and surfaces that may be exposed to cold or flu viruses, such as counter tops. Consider wearing masks when appropriate- Best of health to you and yours
