Ask an attorney: Is it legal to "hold them down and inject them?" probably not. It is probably, however, legal to restrict them from working in a high risk environment when they are potentially transmitting a dangerous infection to immunocompromised people. You may have your philosophical objection to the vaccination program, but make that "choice" for yourself, not for people who are a risk of dying from it.

Depends: Many states have "at will" status for their employees. This basically means they can fire you for any reason at any time as long as it doesn't relate to a protected class. (Age, minority, disability, etc.) You can choose to follow work requirements that include immunizations, or be terminated for cause. You can stand on a corner & protest on your own time, just not as an employee.
