Don't squeeze hard!: You have probably caused a little blood vessel under the surface to pop. Put a warm washcloth on it whenever you think about it and it should be gone tomorrow. Next time, use the warm washcloth first or INSTEAD of squeezing. When the white spot comes to the surface, sort of scrape off the top with your nal and squeeze very gently AROUND the bump to get the white out. Then leave it alone.
