Hydrate, food, acid: You may be feeling sick to you stomach for a multitude of reasons. You may not have enough food in your system for the activity you are performing. Secondly, you may not be well hydrated which can also make you feel nauseous. Lastly, you may have an excess build up of Lactic Acid in your system from a tough workout and thus you need to refuel, rehydrate and rest.
