See a dermatologist: Begin with precise diagnosis. Then learn how to control it. You probably need prescriptions. Meanwhile use something for dry skin. I prefer creams containing ceramides. Avoid caustic soaps. Dove, Eucerin, Aveeno, (oatmeal) Neutrogena all make nice skin cleansers and ceramide creams.
