I'm just wondering, if you have swollen lymph nodes for 2 months straight, does that mean i have lymphoma?

No: By themselves, a lymphoma can not be diagnosed. However, if you have had enlarged lymph nodes for two months that warrants medical assessment. Lymphoma is one of many possible causes.
