I fell three days ago and got a minor concussion, i have a mild fever, is this related? i threw up in my throat a tiny bit but not vomitting.

Post head injury: The classic post head injury symptoms include headaches, dizziness, drowsiness, nausea,visual disturbance but fever is unusual. If symptoms persist see your physician for evaluation and advice. He/she will order any appropriate tests or imagining exams if deemed advisable.
