No.: That's half the dose of a single adult aspirin. By itself it shouldn't do much of anything except knock out a teeny-tiny fraction of your platelets (no big deal; you got millions).

Aspirin should be : taken with food to minimize GI upset. Usual doses for mild to moderate pain are 350 or 650 mg every 4 hours or 500 mg every 6 hours. If you took 2 low-dose aspirins, you should be fine unless you are allergic to it or have other reasons to bleed easily.
