So recently my left wrist has been hurting when i move it forward and side it side. it isn't sowllen and i can move it. i don't know what to do.

Tendonitis: Without a fall or trauma, it is likely a tendonitis, which should improve with anti inflammatories like motrin or advil (ibuprofen) and some ice daily. If you did fall on your wrist of hand, it is possible to break a bone, see an MD. If the rest, ice, compress and elevate (RICE) along with advil (ibuprofen) do not help within a week, I would se a doctor. Make sure you can use advil (ibuprofen) as it can aggravate health condition
