Yes, but....: Vitamin pills taken any time of the day are the same: pretty useless. Unless you are on a severely restricted diet, pregnant or fighting a chronic disease, your vitamin pills benefit the sellers and promoters mostly. If you have a proven vitamin deficiency, then take that one. Otherwise, save your money, eat well, and buy a gym membership. Exercise has proven health benefits. Vitamins do not.
