It sounds like: she could have a strep infection....often associated with neck pain and headache. Children can get headaches although they aren't always able to describe it well. I would recommend you take her to her pediatrician today or tomorrow to be properly diagnosed and treated. You can also give her fever reducing medicine. If any other symptoms develop or she looks sicker, take her to the ER tonight.
