Sounds muscles: neck muscles sprain is common from faulty posturing and using cellphones a lot incorrectly, can cause such symptoms, try to straighten up your neck, take short breaks to stretch and move your neck in different directions, (Google that) , take some OTC painkillers as NSAIDS, unless contraindicated, if no improvement see your doctor, good luck
