Olfactory hallucinat: Go to a doctor for evaluation and treatment. Olfactory hallucinations are perceived abnormal smells usually unpleasant; like urine, that are not present in the physical environment. You need to find out if the headache and urine smell is secondary to a brain disorder like a brain tumor or a form of epilepsy.
