I assume...: Based on the information you are providing I suppose you have had tests for these symptoms. There are multiple possibilities when a woman experiences pelvic pain. If no uterus or ovarian problem found other possibilities are: pelvic ligament inflammation, bowel issues, hip pain referring to that area, bladder issues, among others. You need to see your primary care doctor in order to narrow it down
