Hmm: 2cm simple cysts are usually benign/functional and should not be associated with your flow, nor cause infertility. Would be more concerning for twisting of the ovary if it were >4-5cm. The only thing that might bring together ovarian cyst, heavy menses, and infertility might be endometriosis but they are usually not simple cysts per se.
