Hello, i've been having some pain in shin and i'm not exactly sure if it's a shin splint, because it's the bone. ?

Be aware: Shin splints are a common injury for active individuals and are caused by the anterior muscle pulling from its attachment on the tibia (bone in the leg). Sometimes this type of pain coming more from the bone can be a stress fracture. These injuries tend to heal well but require modification in activity and even weight bearing status for a period of time. See your Doctor for follow up.
