Yes get evaluated: You most likely re arranged your head over neck. A 3D CT of the cervical spine will,show Atlanto. -occipital mis alignment. Osteopathic docs and chiropractors have been trained to assess this during the exam. Examine your own neck range of motion to see if it limited. After 20 years muscles have probably shrunk, but Botox has been very helpful. PMR docs and neurologists can help.
