Lymph nodes...: Sometimes the glands around your neck called lymph nodes can grow for a short period of time for different reasons, most commonly your body is fighting a viral infection.After it is resolved the glands come back to normal size.If they don't grow smaller after 3-4 wks or so, feel hard, and don't move when prompted to do so then it merits a visit to your doctor. If feeling very sick get seen sooner.
