Likely not: Gallbladder pain is under right ribs which radiates to right flank and right shoulder. It could be muscular, rib pain, pleurisy etc. I wonder if you had a recent treadmill. Ask your dr for accurate DX and explanation of your symptoms.

Maybe: Typically, gallbladder related pain is associated with pain in the upper abdomen and along the right side or back. However, there are occasionally patients who have described something similar to you whose symptoms resolved with removal of the gallbladder.
