why won't doctors believe biopsy report on muscle biopsy said muscular dystrophy but doctors don't believe it and have to go out to john hopkins.

Many types: of muscular dystrophy exist. A positive biopsy does not give a specific diagnosis so you are being referred for more detailed testing, likely testing for mitochondrial disorders. For details see mdausa.org
