Is it normal to injure and tear muscles if i have muscular dystrophy?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: Usually weakness, fatigue, sometimes cramps are the usualy symptoms associted with muscular dystrophy. Tearing a muscle usually comes for exagerrated activited or stress to the muscle by overactivity. Most people with muscular dystrophy do not overuse their muscles because they are weak. However, it would be possible and should be treated immediately.
