Reminders: Until you can get into the habit of brushing and flossing twice a day, you can leave yourself reminders. Electronic reminders that pop up on your cell phone through an app or calendar program at the appropriate times should do the trick.

Responsibility: If you don't brush/floss in the morning the bacteria on your teeth will give you bad breath (not pleasant for the people you talk to). If you don't brush/floss before bed the bacteria will destroy your teeth/gums/bone requiring expensive surgical repair. Print this out. Tape it onto your bathroom mirror at eye level.
