Maybe the nerves?: This is a bit unusual for concussion. since touching the area is sore - it is probably not the concussion, but a reaction of the superficial nerves- that is the source of this problem. Do you touch this a lot? Sometimes we have sore spots a long time after trauma, but even so, it is possible they can improve, either on their own or with help.
