Compartment syndrome: Compartment syndrome is typically an emergency, associated with trauma, fracture, pain and swelling in the limb. A pressure monitor device can be used to measure compartment pressures when in doubt. It required a needle inserted into your leg in several locations. Done in emergency room or hospital.
