Not unheard of: This is not uncommon and not infrequently follows a sinus infection or some type of head cold. There can be pathology that can cause this also. Do you smoke or use smokeless tobacco? If you do you may want to get off of this as this can make it worse. Do you use marijuana or other inhalant recreational drugs? This can be a factor. It will also occur in people who huff. See ENT and get checked
