Not sounding good...: The differential diagnosis for your symptoms is really quite broad & includes both gi-related & non-gi related problems. Depending on longevity of your distress, associated issues, and test findings, you certainly warrant further evaluation for a suspected but as yet unidentified inflammatory condition.
