Yoga or Exercises: Physical movement plans - especially with the guidance or a teacher or group leader are great for working w/ muscles that have been mistreated. Many communities have centers that offer free or inexpensive programs like this. Call around - ask clergy and schools or town halls, etc for resources - even your phone book might help. I'm glad the anxiety's better. Keep it that way if you can!
