Cradle cap: Seborrhea of the scalp (cradle cap) is very common in infants. Treatment is low-tech and pretty easy actually. Drizzle a small amount of baby oil (or olive oil) onto the baby's scalp then massage it in with the baby's soft hairbrush. Let that sit for about 20 minutes or so, then gently wash the baby's hair. Usually doing this a few times will clear the problem up completely.
