my 10 month old appears to have a head cold. how can i help get rid of it?

Symptomatic tx: There is nothing you can use for your child to hasten the resolution of the cold. Treat the symptoms-saline and suction for stuffy/runny nose. Lots of fluids, cool mist humidifier near crib. Monitor for fever and development of new symptoms.
