Back & chest pain: Symptoms come on suddenly or rapidly over time? Any trouble breathing? Cough? Pain in arms, neck, or jaw? Smoker? Pain near left shoulder somewhat worse if you try to take a deep breath? Feel feverish? If "Yes " to one or more of these, see a doctor as soon as possible.
