The mechanism for: your nausea is unclear.Have you been taking any pain meds frequently like Advil (ibuprofen) ,which can cause GI irritation and nausea.I would look for other causes than the pinched neck nerve.

Comments: Nerve pain can be very upsetting and medications to treat your symptoms can certainly cause nausea. Suspect that once this is fully addressed, most if not all, of your issues should resolve.
