Need more thyroid: If you have no thyroid, you are being grossly undertreated. I use 240-300 mg of Armour Thyroid in my thyroidectomized patients (equivalent to 400-500 mcg of thyroxine). Find another doctor. Also get Dr. Broda Barnes' book, Hypothyroidism, the Unsuspected Illness.
