Deodorant allergies: You may want to try Botox injections to your underarms. You need about 50 units on each side and it keeps you from sweating for about 6 months. That will give you some time to get allergy testing done and figure out what is going on. Good luck!

Contact dermatitis: Avoid those deodrants , use alum stick really woks, baking soda to lesser extant.
