Sorry - cant tell: With little information , it is impossible to tell you what is wrong. For instance, many medications can cause dry mouth, which can cause your tongue to feel dry. If your face is feeling heavy and droopy, you could be having a stroke, and need to seek care immediately. Sounds like either way, you need to see a physician promptly!
