Add fiber: You should add fiber for a month. Try to have more water. To get more fiber use a cereal for breakfast and a salad for lunch and dinner. Drink water with every meal and in between. Look for stool to become bigger and soft. Add a wet wipe. If not better in 1 month, then see doctor.
