Worth millions!: Anyone who could answer your question could make millions or billions of $s! Some folk have an easy time - others struggle. Motivation may be a big part and good distractions to stay occupied. This helps: breathe in a smoking pattern w/out the cigarette for about as long and often as you'd smoke. That is part of what you'll miss. It clears out the old air and is the 'baby' in the bathwater. Best!

Every attempt counts: Quitting is very difficult; it may take several attempts before you give up the habit for good. Success is increased if you have support and work with your health care providers. Research shows that a combination of nicotine replacement therapy or other FDA approved smoking cessation medication AND counseling is most effective as it helps you stay on track and overcome obstacles.
