Hello. i was wondering if you know what might cause me to feel my pulse in my stomach. also, feels kind of tight and sometimes hurts when pressed on.

The aorta.: Depends on age. If you are a smoker over the age of 65 or had a tearing pain in your abdomen or history of severe abdominal trauma I would be concerned about an aneurysm. If none of those are true I suspect this is just your aortic pulse. In thin people you can sometimes feel it quite clearly.
