A day: Roxicodone (oxycodone) has a half-life of approximately four hours. It will take at least 24 hours for it to be out of your system. This assumes you are able to metabolize it in the normal amount of time. Why are you taking this medication if you are concerned about drug tests.

The oxycodone : is not the problem for the urine test... it's the metabolite of oxycodone which is picked up. 72 hours is a typical detection time for a the metabolites of a 30 mg roxy. Everybody is different with their metabolism times.
