It could: if they were testing for it. I am not aware of any available kits (at least yet) for kratom (mirtragynine), but ELISA tests have been developed by several companies and am sure will become more widespread as use of kratom becomes more prevalent. If they do full confirmatory testing with gas chromatography and mass spectroscopy, or similar tests, they can find it.
