To recover the: Volume or bulk of the facial muscles , you should increase your caloric and protein intake, increase your sleeping time and minimize stress . Consult a dr regarding your weight loss which could be from stress, lack of sleep , thyroid condition or any chronic or acute medical illness . Hope u feel better!
