Spot fat loss does : Not occur naturally. By losing weight in general some will probably be facial fat. But, we don't get to choose what area of body fat is lost from. However, with that said loss of subcutaneous fat from the facial area is usually noticeable early on. Eat healthy ; be physically active. Aim for 7.5 to 8 hrs of sleep / night. Hydrate w at least 64 oz of water / day. Do both cardio ; weight training.
