Risks of Red Bull: The amount of caffeine in one 250ml red bull (8 ounces), is only about 80mg. That is about one cup of coffee. 6 or more red bulls per day gives you a lot of caffeine, but many people drink this much coffee or more without health problems. Many studies have been done that do not show serious health risks from caffeine consumption. Nervousness, anxiousness are possible.

Energy drinks: Energy drinks contain a mixture of compounds, of which caffeine, guarana, and herbal supplements such as ginkgo and ginseng are major components. Jones et 2006 report a series of four patients who had discrete seizures on multiple occasions, following heavy consumption of energy drinks. Once the patients were abstinent from the energy drinks, no recurrent seizures were reported. Moderation please.
